Parents and Students, Grab and Go meals will still be served Monday through Friday from 9am through Noon. Buses will continue to deliver meals to the neighborhoods as posted on the district website.   Below is the plan for the coming weeks.  These are unprecedented times and if adjustments are needed, we will do so.   
1) Teachers will continue posting lessons on Google Classroom.  The focus will now be on new learning.  Teachers are expected to be available during normal school hours, specifically during the times for the period in which they teach.  Refer to schedule below. 
2) Teachers will post their lessons on Google Classroom including any assignments, handouts, assessments etc.   
a. The teacher will also post an invite to students for any live lesson streaming or a posted video of the stream.   
b. Teachers will also have to send an invite to students so they can watch the recorded video.   
3) Teachers will schedule live via Zoom meetings with the students/classes 
a. The live streams should take place during the scheduled class period, but not necessarily the entire class period.   
b. Teachers will communicate the class meeting times.
4) Zoom sessions have many big advantages:
a. It keeps the attendance of who is watching your video.
b. The Zoom app is available for use on most cell phones.That will allow access to students who may not have Wi-Fi at home but do have a cell phone. 
5) The eLearning class schedule will begin on Wednesday April 1st   
6) For students who do not have accessibility to the internet, paper alternatives will still be made available for pickup in the front office on 4/1 and 4/2 from 9am - 4pm 
7) Completed packets may be dropped off at the front office 3/30, 3/31, and 4/3 from 9am - 12pm. Packets must include the following: a. the students first and last name and grade level 
8) As they do when they are attending school in person, students will need to turn in work electronically or hard copy.   
a. For those students who miss deadlines they assignments will be marked as missing until the assignment is turned in and graded.   
9) The State Education Department has stated we will not be making these days up.   
a. For this reason, instruction and learning experiences must be productive and meaningful and students need to be present during sessions and submit required work to maintain academic integrity.
