Driving Directions

 

From Columbia:

Take I-26 east towards Charleston until the interstate merges with I-95 South at exit 169A. Follow the signs towards Savannah, and drive approximately 56 miles to exit 33. Heading north on highway 17 towards Charleston/Beaufort, make a slight right onto Trask Parkway/ US 21 South, in the area known as Garden’s Corner. Approximately 8 miles from Garden’s Corner, pass the Marine Corps Air Station you will enter the town of Beaufort. Follow US-21 through 5 traffic lights, and turn right at US-21/SC-281/ Ribaut Road at the 6th light. In 1.5 miles on the left, you will see Beaufort Memorial Hospital. Continue for approximately one mile. Turn right onto Mossy Oaks Road. Beaufort Middle School sits on the right hand side of the road in the Mossy Oaks neighborhood. There is plentiful parking in the front of the building by the marquee.

 

From North Augusta:

 

Follow Augusta Highway/Highway 125 south through the Department of Energy’s Savannah River site. In the town of Allendale, merge onto US Highway 278. Travel through the sleepy towns of Fairfax, Brunson, Hampton and Varnville. Leave 278 and travel along Highway 68 which parallels the CSX railroad. Once in the town of Yemassee, merge onto Highway 21 South. Take a left onto 17N/21 South. Heading north on highway 17 towards Charleston/Beaufort; make a slight right onto Trask Parkway/ US 21 South, in the area known as Garden’s Corner. Approximately 8 miles from Garden’s Corner, pass the Marine Corps Air Station you will enter the town of Beaufort.
